Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone. I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where you can show up just as you are, without any pressure to have everything figured out.
I work from a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, which means that I move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. I also like to bring a bit of humour into the work when it feels right. Life is heavy enough sometimes, and I’ve found that a little lightness can go a long way in helping us feel human, connected, and more at ease. Whether you’re dealing with stress, burnout, relationship struggles, or simply looking to feel more grounded, I’m here to support you in making sense of your experience and moving toward the life that you want.
Before embarking on my journey as a psychotherapist, I supported people in community settings and have seen firsthand how resilience and vulnerability can go hand-in-hand. I believe that healing happens through genuine connection and that therapy doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.
If you are considering therapy, I’d be honoured to be part of your journey.
