I believe that authentic connection is the foundation of a fulfilling relationship.
Recognizing and understanding the patterns that get in the way of true connection is an
important step in creating the relationships we hope for.
As your therapist, I will listen empathetically and without judgement as we work to build
new, healthier patterns that support stronger relationships.
My years of experience as a high school science teacher and volunteer providing
guidance to young families in the EarlyON program has given me the opportunity to
understand and empathize with a wide range of perspectives. My life spent loving my
children and husband of 30 years has taught me the importance of powerful
connections rooted in understanding. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
with the CRPO and am in the process of completing my Masters in Counselling
Psychology from Yorkville University.
I have specific experience working with clients who are coping with life transitions such as becoming new parents, managing changing family dynamics, menopause, supporting aging family members, and dealing with the challenges of retirement and aging.
If you would like to share your experience in a warm, supportive and cooperative
environment please reach out so we can work together to strengthen the connections
with the most important people in your life.
